京都の伝説的バンド “up and coming” のフロントマン・干川弦によるプロジェクト「dry river string」の1stフルアルバム『Quiet』が待望のデジタル配信リリース。 レコーディングエンジニアに美濃隆章（toe）を迎え、ゲストミュージシャンとして柏倉隆史（toe / the HIATUS：Drums）、類家心平（Trumpet）、イガキアキコ（tayutau：Violin / Clarinet）が参加。柏倉のダイナミックかつ緻密なドラムが炸裂する「nasty」や、静寂の中で言葉が躍動する「silent, truth」など、日本のポストロック／インディ・フォークの金字塔と呼ぶに相応しい全10曲を収録。 時代を超えて響く「唄」と、最高峰のアンサンブルが織りなす静謐な熱量を体感してほしい。
